All prescription medications are issued solely by our GPhC-registered prescribers following a clinical assessment. A valid prescription is required before any prescription-only medicine (POM) is dispensed.
You must provide accurate and complete medical information during your consultation. Providing false or misleading information may result in the cancellation of your order and could put your health at risk. We reserve the right to refuse a prescription if it is not clinically appropriate for you.
Prescriptions issued through our service are for your personal use only and must not be shared with or used by any other person.
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider.
We do not store your full payment card details. All transactions are processed through an encrypted, secure payment gateway.
We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time. Any changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and your prescription approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is subject to stock availability and courier service performance.
All medications are dispatched in discreet, tamper-evident packaging. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery or that a safe delivery arrangement has been made.
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays or adverse weather conditions.
You may cancel your order before your prescription has been approved and dispatched. Once a prescription has been dispensed and medication dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund, in accordance with the Human Medicines Regulations 2012.
If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible via our website or email. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 14 days.
If your prescription is declined following clinical review, you will receive a full refund of the consultation and medication fee.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
